How do I earn rebates?

When you buy items which are indicated with "Rebate" through Waxa, you will be entitled to the rebates indicated for the item. You can browse through the item categories such as "Taobao Rebate", "Super Rebate", "Coupons", "19.9", "9.9" or use the Search function listed at the top of the page to find your desired item. After you have found your desired item, you can buy the item by clicking the "Shop now" button (Picture 1), which will bring you to Taobao/Tmall, depending on where the item is listed. Finally shop and pay on Taobao/Tmall like you normally do.

Rebates will be tracked when you click through Waxa and purchase in Taobao/Tmall. Once payment is made and confirmation of delivery for the item is completed, the rebate will be credited to your account.

For successful tracking of rebates, please do not leave the items in your Cart and purchase them on a separate day, instead, please checkout the items in individually in Taobao/Tmall (unless there're few items to purchase within same merchant) on the same day when you clicked through Waxa.

Then using ‘合拼付款’ to purchase all the checkout items.

How do I track my rebates?

You can check your rebate summary in "Rebate Info" in My Account (Picture 1).

If you do not find the rebate for your order after payment is made, please email us at contact@waxa.sg.

What purchases will qualify for rebates?

All items listed in our website including "Taobao Rebate", "Super Rebate", "Coupons", "9.9", "19.9" which are indicated with "Rebate" will entitle you to the rebate percentage as indicated for the item. You can browse through the item categories or use the Search function listed at the top of the page to find your desired item.


What happens if I did not click through Waxa to buy the items?

No rebate will be tracked and given if you did not click through Waxa to add the item to Cart and purchase it in Taobao/Tmall.

Rebates will be tracked when you click through Waxa and add the item to Cart in Taobao/Tmall. Once payment is made and confirmation of delivery for the item is completed, the rebate will be credited to your account.
For successful tracking of rebates, please do not leave the items in your Cart and purchase them on a separate day, instead, please purchase the items in your Cart in Taobao/Tmall on the same day when you clicked through Waxa.

Why do I see different status for my rebates?

The different status in "Order Info" represent the state of your item purchase in Taobao/Tmall (Picture 1).


"Item Paid": The items are checked out from your Cart and payment is completed in Taobao/Tmall.

"Item Delivered": Delivery is completed and confirmed (确认收货) for the item in Taobao/Tmall. 

"Coins Rebated": The rebate amount in the form of Coins has been credited to member account. 

"Item Cancelled": Order has been cancelled before payment is made in Taobao/Tmall.

To find out the summary of your rebates, member may refer to "Rebate Info".

How do I know how much rebates is given for my purchases?

Every item listed in Waxa will be indicated with the rebate percentage (Picture 1).

Rebates will be tracked when you click "Shop now" through Waxa and add the item to Cart in Taobao/Tmall. Once payment is made and confirmation of delivery for the item is completed, the rebate will be credited to your account.


You can refer to the details of your purchase in "Order Info" (Picture 2).

After confirmation of delivery (确认收货) for the items is completed in Taobao/Tmall, the status in "Order Info" will change and reflect as "Coins Rebated" (Picture 3).

Why is rebate not given for my purchase?

Rebates will not be given if:

1) Payment is made but order is subsequently cancelled

2) Delivery is not confirmed and order is subsequently cancelled

3) Delivery is not confirmed

Rebates will be given in the form of Coins which will be credited inside the Waxa member's account after the member has received the items and confirmed delivery in the member's Taobao account.

How do I redeem my rebates

The different status in "My Account" represent the state of your rebates earned.


"Pending": Generally it takes about 2-3 weeks for Taobao/Tmall merchants to pay the commissions to Waxa after member has confirmed delivery of the order in Taobao/Tmall. As such, there is a pending period of 16 days for your rebates to be made"Redeemable" although the rebates have been credited to your account.


"Redeemable": The rebate amount displayed includes the amount that can be redeemed and the amount that has been submitted for redemption ("Redemption in progress"). The amount that can be redeemed is subjected to a minimum redemption amount of 30 coins for each redemption request. 


"Redeemed": The rebate amount displayed has been processed successfully by Waxa, and credited to the member designated Bank Account.


"Total Rebates": The rebate amount displayed includes the amount under "Redeemable" and "Redeemed" only. "Pending" rebates are not included.


Member can redeem rebates by clicking "Redeem" (Picture 1) in My Account. 

Your redemption request will be processed within 10 working days, and the amount will be credited to your designated Bank Account.

After the redemption request has been processed, the successful status will be reflected in "My Redemption".

What happens if I cancel my order?

Rebates will not be credited to member's account if the order is cancelled.

When will I receive my redemption?

After you have submitted your redemption request, it will be processed within 10 working days, and the amount will be credited to your designated Bank Account. As the exchange rate from RMB to SGD will vary daily, we will use the daily foreign exchange rate to determine the redemption amount.

Once the redemption is successful, it will be reflected in "My Redemption".
